We will implement the full suite of cutting-edge Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System (PSS), including Altéa New Distribution Capability (NDC).

The technology will be customised for Etihad with the key focus of improving your experience as travel agents. We will make the full range of NDC offers available to Amadeus travel sellers, allowing you to see more transparently the features of Etihad’s award-winning product and the ancillaries that can be purchased for an additional fee.

As an airline, we are committed to staying at the forefront of change and are confident that a richer and more dynamic retail experience, using the open source, cloud-based systems of Amadeus will be a key driver in building stronger relationships with you.
