One free date change on all flights booked between 8 March to 7 April 2020

We understand that for our customers, committing to their next trip is tricky at the moment. And that more than ever before, they want to travel with flexibility and peace of mind.

To give all of our customers the freedom to change their travel plans throughout 2020, we’ve removed our date change fees on all flights booked between 8 March and 7 April 2020.

Terms and Conditions:

• Etihad Airways will be offering its guests one free date change for all new bookings made between 08Mar-07Apr for travel commencing 22Mar.
• This offer applies to all Etihad Published fares, Etihad Guest bookings and Etihad Holiday bookings.
• Rebooking can be done in the same RBD as the original ticket or the lowest available RBD in the same Cabin.
• Rerouting is permitted to an alternate EY online destination.
• Any fare difference arising from the rebooking/rerouting will be applicable.
• All other fare rules like refunds/no shows, advance purchase will apply as per the fare booked.
• This offer is not applicable to Group Bookings
• Endorsement field on the ticket needs to have the remark “ 1 FOC change due COVID 19”
