• For travel to/from HKG, PVG, NGO, MXP and FCO  as well as Travel Bans imposed by official government authorities.
• Permitted without any cancellation charges for the unused portion of the ticket. 
• For partially used tickets refund based on pro-rata mileage flown.

Commercial policy for travel commencing in the UAE

Etihad Airways has issued a policy which is offering guests one date change free for tickets issued on/before 05 March 2020 and travel until 20 May 2020.
